Distance therapy via skype, phone and email

At The Chelmsford Wellbeing Centre, we know how busy life can be.

So if attending a 1:1 therapy session is difficult we can offer CBT via skype, phone and email at a time convenient for you.

If possible an initial face to face session is preferred so we can assess suitability for distance therapy and ensure it is the most appropriate form of treatment for you.

If going forward with the above options, we can send homework tasks/ sheets via email which can be completed and sent back before your next session. This will help to ensure you get the most out of your distance therapy.

Please note payment will need to be made via bank transfer prior to your therapy session.
